Rosemary has anti-inflammatory, antiviral and antibacterial properties. Great for soothing sore muscles, it stimulates the circulation, lymphatic and nervous systems and improves memory and concentration - it even helps with jet lag!
Eucalyptus is warming and antiseptic - and fabulous for relieving aches and pains as well as insect bites and stings. Eucalyptus oil's sharp scent helps to increase concentration and banishes headaches and feelings of depression.
The salts we use are bursting with beneficial properties: Magnesium-rich Epsom salts, skin soothing Dead Sea salt and detoxifying Himalayan sea salt are mixed with water-softening and naturally cleansing bicarbonate of soda.
