DELIVERY

I aim to sent your order within 48 hours of receipt via Royal Mail Tracked 48 which aims to deliver within 2-3 working days. Parcels will be tracked to the delivery point and a photo taken on delivery. You will be notified of the delivery date by SMS or email and have the option of delivery to a safe place or to a neighbour. 

I use recycled packaging as much as possible so your package may be sent in a recycled box. If your items are wrapped or packed with bubble wrap or plastic packing material this has been recycled as I don't buy plastic packaging; please extend it's life by recycling it again!

Delivery is calculated at check out and is based on the order's weight - items up to 5kg cost just £2.95 delivery.

Although Royal Mail is extremely reliable I can't guarantee delivery times.

Please note I now only deliver within the UK. After problems with international packages not arriving I only deliver within the UK - I'm sorry for overseas customers who are disappointed. Some overseas customers arrange for packages to be sent to friends when they visit the UK who then take them back home with them.

Free Pickup

You can arrange to pick up your order free of charge. Please note I make all products from a workshop at my home in Randwick near Stroud - access is via narrow country roads! Once you place your order I'll email you with instructions of how and where to pick it up.
