The salts we use are bursting with beneficial properties: Magnesium-rich Epsom salts, skin soothing Dead Sea salt and detoxifying Himalayan sea salt.
We've chosen lavender essential oil because it's balancing, calming and restful. Valerian essential oil is known as nature's sedative; it's grounding, calming and has been used for centuries as a natural aid for insomnia.
To use, simply add a couple of heaped tablespoons to a warm bath. Lie back and relax and look forward to the best night's sleep!
