Marjoram Is a warming, relaxing oil known for its ability to relieve stomach and menstrual cramping, ease headaches and help relieve muscular pains, strains, rheumatism and arthritis. It's gentle sedative effect can lower blood pressure, ease anxiety and lead to a restful sleep.

Rosemary has anti-inflammatory, antiviral and antibacterial properties. Great for soothing sore muscles, it stimulates the circulation, lymphatic and nervous systems and improves memory and concentration - it even helps with jet lag!

Eucalyptus is warming and antiseptic - and fabulous for relieving aches and pains as well as insect bites and stings. Eucalyptus oil's sharp scent helps to increase concentration and banishes headaches and feelings of depression.
The salts are bursting with beneficial properties: Magnesium-rich Epsom salts, skin soothing Dead Sea salt and detoxifying Himalayan sea salt.
To use, simply add a couple of heaped tablespoons to a warm bath or foot bath. Lie back, relax and feel the tension melt away!

Packaging: College Green Calming Bath Soak is packaged in an amber glass jar, so you can re-use or recycle it once it's empty. Glass jars make beautiful additions to any bathroom, but they are heavy to post, so you may prefer to buy a bath soak in a wax paper bag instead or use as a refill.
We use recycled bubble wrap and recycled cardboard wherever possible for the outside packaging.
