We found this garden inspiration amongst scarecrows

We've just enjoyed the annual Chalford Scarecrow Trail, an annual self guided walk around a Cotswold village near Stroud. Participating homes and businesses display a scarecrow, that participants have to find. The fact that there's a prize for the most popular scarecrow helps make for some very creative creatures.

We've been participating in the trail for a number of years, and it's one of the highlights of our calendar. The weather is often pleasant, it's equally fun with a large or small group, and one of the added benefits for me is being able to see the amazing gardens that people who live along the route have created 🌷  ⠀

I absolutely love the planters outside a Cotswold stone cottage, crammed full of tulips and perfectly timed for the hundreds of people who ambled past.

We popped into the Chalford community shop, which sells all manner of essentials as well as crafts made in a local studio and admired their Easter tree.

Another outlet for College Greens soaps perhaps?
