Pure Cotswold spring water for our soaps

We were up and out early this morning, to collect a supply of pure, natural spring water which is just one of the reasons our pure, natural soaps are so special.

The water we use comes from a spring in the gardens of the beautiful Hawkwood College.

The college itself is a lovely Cotswold stone 19th Century Grade II listed building that sits in 42 acres of beautiful, sustainably managed grounds. The spring water comes out of the ground under a huge sycamore tree, though to be over 250 years old, so all in all it's pretty special. Just like our soaps.

In a nice karmic twist, we'll be selling our soaps at the infamous Hawkwood May Day festival on Monday 1st May. (Don't forget to bring an empty bottle so you can sample the spring water too.)
