It's almost time for the College Green monthly Stroud Farmers' Market stall and this time the focus will be on making the colder Autumnal days cosy - there will be plenty of aromatherapy scented bath soaks, soy wax candles and reed diffusers in soft seasonal scents and a range of gift boxes ready for early Christmas shopping.
And of course the regular range of natural, palm oil free soaps, wrapped in gorgeous printed Cambridge Imprint paper (each one carefully selected to compliment the soap).
Stroud Farmers' Market is one of the biggest, best and most awarded farmers' markets in the country! It's regularly named in lists of top markets, including the Guardian, the Sunday Telegraph, The Times, Cotswold Life and the Country Living Guide to Farmers' Markets.
Open from 9am-2pm it's easy to find - just follow the crowds! If you're arriving by car, head to the Stroud District Council Cheapside car park, which always has spaces (Stroud has cheaper parking charges than in many other towns).
Then there will only be two more farmers' markets I'm at this year:
- 25 November
- 23 December
But I'll be at a few of my favourite Christmas fetes, including Painswick and Stroud Goodwill evenings, Tetbury Goods Shed, Stroud Brewery and Randwick Church.
